The Cooper School
Our school has excellent links with our closest senior school, The Cooper School (http://www.cooper.oxon.sch.uk) with which we are joined in the Bicester Federation of Learning, a ‘hard federation’ between the two schools. The two schools work together on a formal basis, have a single Governing Body yet remain separate schools.
Currently with approximately 1100 students on roll, The Cooper School is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive school in the northern side of Bicester, in Oxfordshire. Most of our students come from the North and East side of Bicester and surrounding villages which include amongst others: Charlton on Otmoor, Launton, Finmere, Fringford, Stratton Audley and Hethe.
We share our school grounds with Bardwell School (http://www.bardwell.oxon.sch.uk)
Bardwell is a Special School for pupils aged 2 to 16 years with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and autism.
Our links with the staff and pupils of Bardwell are rewarding to both schools and encouraged in all practicable areas of the curriculum.
